Insulation Installation Crew Help Wanted
This full-time position provides the opportunity to work on a team of four people. We are looking for applicants who:
- Enjoy working with their hands
- Have basic general carpentry skills or a willingness to learn
- May or may not have experience in repairing and servicing various types of residential exterior wood and vinyl siding, including soffits, fascia and gutters
- Have a working email address and cell phone texting ability
- Have the physical ability to receive, deliver and handle small quantities of building materials
- Are comfortable working with and around compressors, generators, pumps, and mixing equipment
- Are able to work safely from ladders, scaffold and walk boards regularly
- Are able to operate hand drills, pry bars and other exterior siding tools
- Have reliable transportation to our West Knoxville office
- Are comfortable working outside year round
All applicants are subject to a drug screening.
This position rewards steady work and attention to detail and the ability to work at a consistent pace. Company supplies all necessary personal safety equipment and tools for this position. Uniform t-shirts are supplied.
This position can offer flexible to normal working hours on a day by day basis and/or up to full-time Monday through Friday and/or 40 hours per week year round.
Holiday pay, vacation days, personal and/or sick leave benefits available after 6 months full-time service.
